In Como with Jimbo

We hung out with Jimbo Mathus this week at his downtown Como recording studio for our most recent Blues @ Home photo shoot and interview. Jimbo talked about his long-time relationship with the blues (he's been playing music since he was only 6), his gold tooth and why he moved back to Mississippi.

This former Squirrel Nut Zipper is keeping the blues alive in Mississippi, and it shines through his music and his personality.

Here are some shots from the Jimbo shoot:

Stay tuned! We're heading to the Delta next week for two more shoots. Up next, Jimmy Duck Holmes and Bill Abel, both amazing Mississippi bluesmen participating in Blues @ Home.
